HISTORIC Vladimir Putin WORLD Changing Speech UN 2015 Vladimir Putin took part in the plenary session of the anniversary, the 70th session of the UN General Assembly in New York. United Nations - the structure, which has no equal in legitimacy, representativeness and universality. Chassis consists of the car bonnet, frame, all-wheel drive, three-axle.[1] The Typhoon is part of Russia's large vehicle Typhoon MRAP program.
The Ural-4320 is a general purpose off-road 6x6 truck, produced at the Ural Automotive Plant in Miass, Russia for use in the Russian army. Introduced in 1976, it is still in production today. The wheel arrangement for the Ural-4320 was designed for transporting cargo, people and trailers on all types of roads and terrain. It also serves as a launching platform for the BM-21 "Grad" rocket launcher.
The GAZ-33097 is a transport truck with a 2,000 kg payload, built by the Russian GAZ factory.
The GAZ-33097 is designed to provide cargo transportation in harsh terrain and adverse weather conditions. It is equipped with power steering, driving axles with cam-type self-blocking differential, and radial tires with a pressure regulation system. It is a development of the GAZ-66-40 truck.

Russian S300 World Best Air Defence Missile System - Closing Launchers - The S-300PMU [SA-10 land-based, SA-N-6 naval version] surface-to-air missile system is able to engage a number of targets simultaneously, countering intensive aircraft raids at low-to-high altitude. The SA-10 offers significant advantages over older strategic surface-to-air missile systems, including multitarget handling and engagement characteristics, a capability against low altitude targets with small radar cross-sections such as cruise missiles, a capability against tactical ballistic missiles, and possibly a potential to intercept some types of strategic ballistic missiles.
The SA-10A launch complex consists of a missile battery which includes a battery command post and engagement control center, the large CLAM SHELL 3D continuous wave pulse Doppler target acquisition radar, the FLAP LID A I-band multi-function phased-array trailer-mounted engagement radar with digital beam steering in hardened sites, and up to 12 semi-trailer erector-launchers which mount four tubular missile container-launchers. The towing unit for the semi-trailer erector-launcher is the KrAZ-260V (6 x 6) tractor truck. The launchers are usually positioned on concrete pads with the trailers being leveled by the use of four hydraulic jacks. An S-300PMU Regiment comprises three such batteries and employs the BIG BIRD 4 meter tall F-band long-range, 3D surveillance and tracking radar at the Regimental command post for initial target detection.
If the battery is employed in rugged terrain or forest then the engagement radar system can be mounted on a special trailer-mounted extendible 24.4 m high tower to improve radar coverage. The use of this extended-range radar for low level engagements increases the system's range to 43,200 m from the original 32,000 m. In its sealed container-launcher cylinder the missile is considered to be a round of ammunition and is said not to require any check-ups or adjustments for a period of 10 years.
The S-300PMU1 is an extended range version of S-300PMU with a limited anti-ballistic missile capability, including capabilities against aerodynamic targets with speeds up to 3 kilometers/second.
The battery takes only five minutes to deploy once it comes to the halt. The vehicles have electronic inter-vehicle communications and data transmission links with elevatable pole-type antenna, and thus it does not require interconnecting vehicle cables. Each of the MAZ-7910 derivative vehicles has four hydraulic jacks positioned either side between the first/second and third/fourth road wheels which are lowered to the ground to provide a more stable and level environment.

FANTASTIC FORMATION A 7E ΤΑ 7C CORSAIRS HELLENIC AIR FORCE - The Ling-Temco-Vought A-7 Corsair II was a carrier-capable subsonic light attack aircraft introduced to replace the Douglas A-4 Skyhawk. The A-7 airframe design was based on the successful supersonic Vought F-8 Crusader. It was one of the first combat aircraft to feature a head-up display (HUD), an inertial navigation system (INS), and a turbofan engine.
The Corsair II initially entered service with the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. It was later adopted by the United States Air Force, including the Air National Guard, to replace the Douglas A-1 Skyraider, North American F-100 Super Sabre and Republic F-105 Thunderchief.[citation needed] The aircraft was also exported to Greece in the 1970s, and Portugal in the late 1980s. Initial operational basing/homeporting for U.S. Navy A-7 squadrons was at NAS Cecil Field, Florida for Atlantic Fleet units and NAS Lemoore, California for Pacific Fleet units. This was in keeping with the role of these bases in already hosting the A-4 Skyhawk attack squadrons that would eventually transition to the A-7.

From 1967 to 1971, a total of 27 Navy squadrons took delivery of four different A-7A/B/C/E models. The Vought plant in Dallas, TX employed up to 35,000 workers who turned out one aircraft a day for several years to support the Navy carrier-based needs for Vietnam and SE Asia and commitments to NATO in Europe. In 1974, when the USS Midway (CV-41) became the first Forward Deployed Naval Force (FDNF) aircraft carrier to be homeported in Yokosuka, Japan, two A-7B squadrons assigned to Carrier Air Wing FIVE (CVW-5) were concurrently homeported at NAF Atsugi, Japan. In 1978, these squadrons (VA-93 and VA-56) finally transitioned to the much more advanced A-7E model. MONSTEROUS! Mi 26TR HALO RUSSIAN STORM WORLD LARGEST HELICOPTER HELICOPTER - ollowing the incomplete development of the heavier Mil Mi-12 (prototypes known as Mil V-12) in the early 1970s, work began on a new heavy-lift helicopter, designated Izdeliye 90 ("Project 90")[1] and later allocated designation Mi-26. The new design was required to have an empty weight less than half its maximum takeoff weight.[2] The helicopter was designed by Marat Tishchenko, protégé of Mikhail Mil, founder of the OKB-329 design bureau.[3]
The Mi-26 was designed as a heavy-lift helicopter for military and civil use, and was to replace earlier Mi-6 and Mi-12 heavy lift helicopters, with twice the cabin space and payload of the Mi-6, then the world's largest and fastest production helicopter. The primary purpose was to move military equipment like 13 metric ton (29,000 lb) amphibious armored personnel carriers, and mobile ballistic missiles, to remote locations after delivery by military transport planes such as the Antonov An-22 or Ilyushin Il-76.
The first Mi-26 flew on 14 December 1977[4] and the first production aircraft was rolled out on 4 October 1980.[1] Development was completed in 1983, and the Mi-26 was in Soviet military and commercial service by 1985
The Mi-26 was the first factory-equipped helicopter with a single, eight-blade main lift rotor. It is capable of flight in the event of power loss by one engine (depending on aircraft mission weight) thanks to an engine load sharing system. While it is only slightly heavier than the Mi-6, the Mi-26 can lift up to 20 metric tons (44,000 lb). It is the second largest and heaviest helicopter ever constructed, after the experimental V-12. The tail rotor has about the same rotor diameter and thrust of the four-bladed MD 500 main rotor.[5]
The Mi-26's unique main gearbox is relatively light but can absorb 19,725 shp, which was accomplished using a non-planetary, split-torque design. Because Mil's normal gearbox supplier said that such a gearbox could not be designed, the Mil Design Bureau designed the VR-26 transmission itself.[6]
As of 2013, the Mi-26 still holds the FAI record of greatest mass lifted to 2,000 metres - it lifted 56,768.8 kg in 1982.[7]
In July 2010 a proposed Russian-Chinese development of a 33-ton heavy-lift helicopter was announced.[8]
The Russian helicopter manufacturer, Rostvertol, is in the process of refurbishing and upgrading the entire fleet of Mi-26s serving in the Russian Air Force. The fleet is estimated to total around 20 helicopters. The upgraded aircraft will be comparable to a new variant, the Mi-26T. Contract completion is planned for 2015. The contract also covers the production of 22 new Mi-26T helicopters. Eight new-built helicopters were delivered to operational units by January 2012.[9] Under the 2010 contract, 17 new-production helicopters have been delivered through 2014.

FAST OLD PZL-Mielec M-18 DROMADER - The PZL-Mielec M-18 Dromader (Polish: "Dromedary") is a single engine agricultural aircraft that is manufactured by PZL-Mielec in Poland. The aircraft is used mainly as a cropduster or firefighting machine.PZL-Mielec, then known as WSK-Mielec, began to design the Dromader in the mid 1970s, with help of United States aircraft manufacturer Rockwell International. PZL-Mielec asked for Rockwell's help because of the political situation at the time: operating in an Eastern Bloc country, PZL wanted the aircraft to sell well worldwide, and the company realized that FAA certification would be important in reaching that goal. Rockwell on the other hand wanted to fit Polish high-power radial engines into its agricultural planes. As a result of this cooperation the Rockwell Thrush Commander aircraft was fitted with the PZL-3 engine, and the Polish designers created the higher payload M-18 Dromader by introducing the more powerful ASz-62 engine, making structural changes to the airframe, and increasing dimensions. This co-operation meant that the Dromader shares outer wing panels and part of a fuselage with the Thrush Commander.
The first prototype of the aircraft flew on August 27, 1976. In September 1978, the aircraft was given certification to fly in Poland. Certifications from many countries around the world followed soon.
Many aircraft of the M-18 type and its variations can still be seen around the world. They were sold to 24 countries, over 200 are used in the USA.[1]
Most Dromaders are easy to distinguish because of their yellow color. Some 759 had been built.[1] Currently (2012) models M-18B and M-18BS are offered by PZL-Mielec

The Shvetsov ASh-62 (designated M-62 before 1941) is a nine-cylinder, air-cooled, radial aircraft engine produced in the Soviet Union. A version of this engine is produced in the People's Republic of China as the HS-5.
The ASh-62 was a development of the Wright R-1820 Cyclone that had been built in Russia under licence as the Shvetsov M-25, the main improvements including a two-speed supercharger and a more efficient induction system. Power was increased from the Cyclone's 775 hp to 1,000 hp. First run in 1937, licenced versions are still in production by WSK "PZL-Kalisz" in Poland as the ASz-62 (as of 2007). The Ash-62 was also produced in China. It is estimated that 40,361 were produced in the USSR.
Polish-built ASz-62IR engines are compatible with FAR-33 requirements. Further developments in Poland are the K9-AA, K9-BA and K9-BB engines, with take-off power of 1178 hp (860 kW), indicated power 698 kW.
The M-63 was an improved version of the M-62 with power output increased to 821 kW (1,100 hp) at 2,300 rpm for takeoff and 671 kW (900 hp) at 2,200 rpm at 4,500 m (14,764 ft) due to a greater compression ratio of 7.2:1 and a higher redline.

Sergei Dorenko: I would like to start with Russia’s biggest political problem, Chechnya, in order to understand what is going on there. We’ve had confusing reports since the New Year. One report says we have stopped and are not liberating Grozny, another is about an outbreak of fighting in Shali and Argun, and a third is about a truce. The situation is unclear. Where do we stand now?
Vladimir Putin: I’m surprised that such questions arise. I thought everything was going according to plan. The plan has remained unchanged, and nothing unusual has happened to make us think about changing it. The only exception was a break in fighting during the holidays – Christmas and Muslim Uraza-Bairam. Our opponents asked us to suspend hostilities, and we agreed. We all know how they used the break – attacked two villages, Shali and Argun. I must say that our military handled this with high professionalism and resolve. In fact, the attacks were more of a propaganda operation, but they were dangerous.
Sergei Dorenko: But what about our losses?
Vladimir Putin: There were no losses among Defence Ministry forces, but the Interior Ministry had some casualties. I cannot say that the people in charge of the operation did everything right, as they should have done. In some cases the terrorists outwitted them. We have learned a lesson from our mistakes. But let me emphasize that the situation in Chechnya has not changed, and believe me, it is not going to change.
Sergei Dorenko: I think the generals made some political blunders, for example, when they branded all Chechens aged between 10 and 60 as suspected of terrorism. Adopting such a tough position betrayed a weakness and a backlash. It looked as if we were too suspicious.

Russian Victory day Parade 2015 ARMATA - Russia's Victory Day Parade 2015: Best Russian Weaponry on Show in Red Square Parade - Армия-2015 On Saturday Russia is celebrating the 70th anniversary of the victory in World War II. The biggest part is the military parade in Moscow’s Red Square, a grand event involving newest hardware at the army’s disposal.
This is the parade in Moscow's Red Square, devoted to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory over Nazi Germany in the Great Patriotic War (what the Eastern Front of World War II is called in the former Soviet Union), 9 May, 2015. Giving the commemoration speech is Russian President Vladimir Putin. Over 11,000 military personnel participated in this event. Presiding over the military parade in Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, General of the Army, Sergei Shoigu.
The parade opened with solemn carrying of two flags, that of Russia and the historic banner that was raised over the Reichstag building back in 1945 to declare that it was taken by the Red Army.
Cannon fire and Russia’s national anthem sounded just before the troops started their march across Red Square. A military band was the first unit to start the marching. Soldiers wearing historic uniforms, including cavalry on horseback marched and rode across. Following them were foreign visitors of the event.
Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, India, Mongolia, Serbia and China all sent their soldiers to participate in the Moscow parade.

Putin Explained Crimea and Ukraine 2015 (Subtitles) - Vladimir Putin answered questions from the National State Television and Radio Company (VGTRK) journalist Vladimir Solovyov.VLADIMIR SOLOVYOV: Mr President, our nation just celebrated Defender of the Fatherland Day, but our brotherly nation of Ukraine now considers this the day that Crimea was conquered, and Petro Poroshenko states that he will do everything possible to get Crimea back.What is the current state of Russian-Ukrainian relations? Will we wake up one day to learn we are at war?
PRESIDENT OF RUSSIA VLADIMIR PUTIN: I think that this apocalyptic scenario is highly unlikely, and I hope it never comes to that.
As for returning any territories, that is revanchist talk and it’s not about returning territories anywhere. In my opinion – and I do not want to give any advice, but still – the current leadership of a large European nation such as Ukraine should first return the country to normal life: fix the economy, the social sector, its relations with the southeast region of the country in a civilised manner, and ensure the lawful rights and interests of the people living in Donbass. If the Minsk agreements are implemented, I am certain that this will be done.

As for Crimea, you should remember that a year ago, when I spoke to the Federal Assembly deputies about this, I said that Crimea has always been and remains Russian, as well as Ukrainian, Crimean-Tatar, Greek (after all, there are Greeks living there) and German – and it will be home to all of those peoples. As for state affiliation, the people living in Crimea made their choice; it should be treated with respect, and Russia cannot do otherwise. I hope that our neighbouring and distant partners will ultimately treat this the same way, since in this case, the highest criteria used to establish the truth can only be the opinion of the people themselves.

Vladimir Putin meets World Greatest Russian Scientists (Subtitles) - Vladimir Putin met with the laureates of the 2014 Presidential Prize in Science and Innovation for Young Scientists: Irina Didenkulova, Alexandra Kalashnikova, Nikita Kuznetsov, Alexei Shatikhin, Vitaly Danilenko and Georgy Vasilyev.
You were present just now at the ceremony awarding the prize for young cultural professionals. You won the same award really, only in the field of science.
We will talk about your achievements of course, but at the start of our discussion, I want to say that the number of young researchers has increased considerably in Russia over these last years. We see this not only from the results achieved, though the results are the main thing of course, but also by the number of people competing for this prize. What’s more, the research presented covers an ever-wider range of fields and themes.
I know that you have done interesting work with very useful practical applications, and I would like to discuss this with you today.
Which of you was it who worked on large waves and tsunamis? This is certainly a fascinating field and, most importantly, it has practical dimensions. The same goes for the research on DNA. This kind of work that is related to people’s health will, as I understand it, enable us to make new breakthroughs in medicines for fighting malignant tumours and tumours in general, and this is very practical work, very important. The same goes for the work that was done in a field that will strengthen our defence capability. In short, I want to congratulate you all.
Unfortunately, when the award ceremony was already scheduled to take place back in February, my own schedule changed and, as you know, I was unable to attend the ceremony. I mentioned this before at the meeting with the young cultural professionals. You probably remember that we were giving a lot of attention to the work taking place in Minsk at that time. But I am happy to have this chance to meet with you today, and in this informal setting, to discuss what you are working on now and what we can and should do, in addition to awarding you prizes, to help you continue to achieve success. This is a good chance to discuss how to develop our country’s science in general.

New Russian R1 ATOM Tram - People impressions - New Russian Futuristic Spaceship ATOM Tram 2015 - Uralvagonzavod - New Russian Hardware 2015 - Awesome Futuristic Tram - While creating the R1 concept, the designers followed a special approach to the tram positioning in the urban landscape. Low speed and fixed rail infrastructure make the tram part of the city’s architectural appearance.
THE DESIGN KEYNOTE OF THE NEW R1 LINE WAS THE BLACK URAL SEMI-PRECIOUS STONE IN METAL FRAME, WHOSE MIRROR SURFACE LITERALLY REFLECTS THE CITY, BECOMING ITS INTEGRAL AND HARMONIOUS PART.
Experts from experimental design bureau Atom supervise all the production phases in order to minimize differences of the series from its prototype. Direct collaboration by designers from Atom with engineers and workers from Uraltransmash allowed reducing the difference to 10%.
10% OF SERIES DIFFERENCE FROM PROTOTYPE
In the world of industrial design, this is the first time such a figure is being achieved since a concept is usually created without taking into account many technical parameters and such concept differs significantly from the final product.
One of the main objectives of the R1 tram is to change residents’ attitudes to the very idea of public transport. R1 will increase the appeal of public transport, highlighting the new power of Russian transport engineering. Considering the different tasks and opportunities of customers, there are plans to introduce trams of several classes. The variability of the trams lies with its various configurations, while the design and engineering quality remains the same. Uralvagonzavod Corporation’s production base also remains unchanged for all the series.
Interior configuration is optional and adaptable to the tasks of a particular route and specifics of urban environment. The high level of comfort and the modern visual solution offered by the tram enable it to meet the needs of a large part of the population, who make daily trips from remote areas to the urban city.
This, in turn, addresses the problem of traffic density suffered by large cities and meets the needs of residents for a modern, eco-friendly and comfortable urban environment.
Combining intelligent engineering with a fundamentally new approach in industrial design, the R1 tram raises the living standards in the megalopolis and sets a new level in public transport across the country.
R1 is the first in Russia absolutely low floor tram. It is the business class public transport for the central districts of cities and towns, and suggests more expensive materials for interior trim and body parts. Comfort and economy class trams will be available to cities with smaller populations.
